Spaces in Dock?

at the apple store event yesterday, Spaces was accessible in the dock. i cannot seem to find anywhere where i can get spaces to be something i can select from the dock. when i checked the help menu, it said to start up spaces by clicking on the icon in the dock, but IT'S NOT IN THERE!! any one know how to get this in there. spaces is enabled in the preferences, i've restarted the computer, when selected spaces shows in the menu bar . . . but i'd like it in the dock like i saw last night.

Find it in 'Applications' and drag it to the dock.

I had the same thing happen. I corrected it by going to the Applications folder and dragging the Spaces app to the dock and all work OK.
