Anybody realised this "problem" with Lion?

I usually work with 4 spaces with different apps in them. But after upgrading to Lion, I find that cmd tab doesn't bring me to an app in another space. For example, I am on chrome in desktop 2. I cmd tab to my acrobat reader which is in desktop 3, but I am stuck on the current desktop. Anyone with any solutions please kindly advise. This is severely slowing my workflow, on top of mission control...

You need to go to Mission Control settings in System Preferences and check the box that says: "When switching to an application, switch to a space with open windows for the application".

It is the 3rd option
