Spaces issue

For some reason when I switch back and forth from a Firefox space and Word space on my Mac, the word document suddenly appears in the firefox space for no apparent reason. Then when switching back and forth (i.e. Pressing the apple and tab button simultaneous) there is nothing in the Word and for some reason I can’t seem to get the document back over unless I physically drag it with my mouse.

I'm afraid you can't do anything about it rather than wait for Microsoft to update Office. It's well known that all of the Office apps can't deal with Spaces / Exposé.
