Hello,

I recently started using Spaces with OSX Mountain Lion 10.8.4. I created a new space and I wanted to place a group of File aliases (Shortcuts) on the desktop of the new space. I was able to do this but when I went back to Desktop 1, these same aliases were on the desktop. This is not what I wanted. I only want the aliases to be seen on Desktop 2. Is this a feature of Spaces or am I doing something wrong?

Thanks .......

As far as I know there is only one "Desktop" folder in the whole system. It's just a normal folder under your user folder, you can browse to it via Finder. There isn't a separate Desktop folder for each Space.
