I hope for some advice.
Ordered 2 Parcels from Japan , One from Ebay and another from CdJapan.

CDJapan arrived in spain 1 March swiftly updated on both spanish and japan post website.
As soon it came to spain no more updates, second parcel left Japan 4 march and no updates.
Both parcel from different origins in Japan should have reached by now.
10 Days since entered spain border and my packages goes ghost and no updates.

Icalled spanish post they say no information about it.
Normaly it take only 2-3 days from a parcel enter spain until is on route to its destination.

This is what Cdjapan biggest CDstore in Japan tell me..

it is your government's policy to enforce the very time consuming customs inspection procedure strictly, even though an enormous amount of packages enter Spain.
So, delays and congestion at customs office is very common.
From our side, we have no means control or accurately predict how long it will take, but we hope your customs officials release your package soon.
After that, your post office should be able to deliver your package soon.

This is what seller on Ebay tell me:
The item will reach you in 9-14 days.
Please wait just a bit more.

Any advice what to do?

Nothing you can do. Eu customs centres take as long as they want and there is nothing you can do about it.

I can wait a bit more, when is new places is always not easy to trust
it have never happened it take that long

Any customs are the same mate , had the same problem in January with a few parcels coming from the us over to me in the uk .

One got through relatively quick the other took some time to clear and I had no update on neither until they arrived .

Got update that Cdjapan has left custom now so now is on its way
Now the second parcel have still not arrived in spain yet, and i ordered third one to leave japan soon

I hope for some advice.
