Spam emails

My spam has gone mad recently - we never used to get any with our Mac products, now we are getting 10+ each day! Anyone else getting them? What can we do?
(let me know if I've posted in the wrong place if that's the case)

Thanks Channan - I think I have just realised what a plonka I was being - I'll get in touch with my email provider!!
