I use Mail and get some random spammy emails to email addresses on custom domain names I own. I thought I'd be able to Ctrl Click them and add to an ever-growing list of junk email senders/add to Rules, but I don't see that. Seems I have to open Rules every time, and copy and paste each offending address.

And if I block the email, sometimes I still get emails from that sender.

Sometimes, senders use my domain as part of the 'from', with a real reply-to in the BCC or not at all.

Here's one from 'sofiyasamylkin1987911be1+4989@bk.ru'

Without opening Rules every time, isn't there a faster way to deal with junk mail, both singly or several at once?

I have been using SpamSieve for almost 20 years and it does a good job at spotting spam, then sending it to the appropriate folder in Mail. You can train it to become more accurate over time. https://c-command.com/spamsieve/

If you have email going to your own domains you could look at a web host offering something like https://www.spamexperts.com. That will stop the vast majority even passing through the server to reach your computer. Once again you can train good or bad email, so it becomes more accurate over time.

At one time spam was a real pain for me and now it's practically a non issue. I see one or two messages a week and all on old addresses I was using before I knew more about spam. Given that you have your own domains you could also look at making sure DKIM, SPF and DMARC are set up on the server. These are one step processes that will help stop spammers who attempt to spoof your own email address, while ensuring your own email is delivered more reliably.
