you know how sometimes people here complain about too much spam and such in the community threads? i just thought i'd share a thread from my forum that's gotten COMPLETELY out of hand wrt spamming. you need to view all 5 pages to get the full effect but it's just mind bogglingly spammy :eek:

I like phpBB's quote boxes. I just wish it only did one inside the other, instead of 5 deep or so.

I dislike phpBB in general. can't stand it really. I like vBulletin the best...because MR uses it :D.

no, but seriously, vBulletin is really nice and phpBB sucks.

phpBB is great considering its cost. I used phpBB to create a forum for 300k members to discuss a movie and it worked great. We heavily customized the look with transparency and such, but we had no performance problems.

I guess OS X sucks b/c MR doesn't use it on their servers.. ;)
