Hi,

From reading reviews it seems spamsieve has gotten the better reviews but it requires more training, whereas Antispam comes with a black list of known spammers but they charge you a fee per year to update it.

Im just wondering which do you guys use ?

Thanks

i use spamsieve.

Doesnt really take that long to train it, and its free...

Used to have big problems with spam, now i get like 1-2 a month that get through.

my stats say 99.8% correct with 250 spam messages a day im getting

I use SpamSieve and it also comes with a blacklist built-in. Training is pretty easy. Just click on the message thats spam and select "Train as Spam" from the Message menu. couldn't be simpler.

I gave up on pesonal anti-spam software and switched to Gmail. Email has been much more manageable ever since.

I've tried spamsieve before and I liked it. I was briefly using a Windows machine for a year or so and switched to web-based Gmail. Surprisingly, Gmail caught most spam. Now, I'm back to Mac, and want to use Apple Mail. So, I'm using Spam Assassin on my web server. So far so good...
