Is there a way to add Spanish accents to text in a Keynote '08 presentation? In the word "Espana" (and in a few other places) I need to add the "~" accent over the "n" and there are some other places where I need to add the " ' " accent over a letter but when I tried using the Help and Spotlight functions in Keynote, nothing helpful turned up.

Link.

There are a series of keyboard shortcuts to make this. I am supposing you have a US-Keyboard layout.:)

Awesome-those work perfectly--thanks!

Yes, I have a U.S. keyboard but I am taking a Spanish class and need to be able to type the accents to write properly.

Standard Opt+Shft+¿ / Opt+é for tilde and Opt+ñ work fine in my '08.

I have a spanish keyboard, but when I had the US one, I only made the auto-correction tool make it's work. Most of the times it auto-corrects OK, and when you click for suggestions, normally the first option is the correct one.
