Is anybody else getting a Spanish message in front of your normal message when someone leaves you a voicemail?

look down below it is being discussed, but yes it seems all iphones are having this issue today

Hi All,
This appears to be widespread. There is a forum thread on the Apple site as well, It appears that the announcement saying you are being connected to voicemail is being delivered in Spanish - then your normal voicemail message comes on,. I am working on this for several of our administrators who have iphones who are all getting this today BUT when I called at 2:00 CST it appears to have been fixed because the Spanish message is not coming on any longer on our phones when I call them.
Is it a full moon tonight or did someone hack into ATT??
