Are there spanish text to speech voices? I am an english speaker with an english install of OS X, but I'd like to be able to do spanish text to speech that a spanish speaker would understand.

Try Cepstral Voice

I bought a voice from Cepstral (Diane) for $30, the quality is much better than the default voices of Mac OS X. I used this to convert a large paragpahs to audio files. I see that they make spanish version as well. Try the demo and see if it works for you.
