Sparrow Setup

Can anyone help me set up an hotmail account in Sparrow through POP? I tried it already, but cannot make it work...

Hotmail is not supported says their site in the smallest, hardest to read colored font:

Sparrow supports all IMAP accounts:
Gmail, iCloud, MobileMe, AOL, Yahoo and any custom IMAP account.
(Warning: POP accounts are not supported (hotmail, MSN, Live...)

Sparrow claims to now have POP support.
I purchased, but have been unable to get it to work.
Technical support says it is a known bug that they are aware of and working on.

I would definitely not buy at this time if you are have a POP account.

I'd seariously consider moving to Gmail if at all possible.

I use hotmail and it works, so i don't need another mail account
