Music and podcasts work fine. When I ask Siri a question, it responds fine.
I recently set up speak screen so it’ll read my ebooks in both the Kindle app and Apple Books app out loud to me (it helps me focus on what I’m reading a little better if I can hear it too, and it actually works better than I thought, the pages automatically turn). Siri’s voice is fine through my iPhone, but when I try to do this through CarPlay, I hear a word or two, it cuts out, hear a few more words, cuts out and so on.
It’s not a huge deal if I can’t get it working properly, I just thought it would be kind of neat to catch up on some of my books during my commutes each day.
Is there anything I can try to get it working properly? Does anyone else have this problem?
