Speakable items in Mountain lion not working

Speakable items in Mountain lion are not working. I can ask it to do one thing it will do that thing and then after that doesn't recognize anything doesn't do anything,anyone else having problems thanks
 
Same issue, the first command after rebooting or turning on OSX.8 is understood but no other command after the first one.
