Speakable items

does anyone know how to save text as a "Speakableitems Document" i have the text written out but i cant find a way to convert it.

speakable items - shut down

Hi there, I love playing with the speakable item application and have no problems to make applications, dokuments, etc speakable, but what i really want is to make the computer SHUT DOWN or restart at command, is that possible?
