Speaker dock problems after jailbreak?

I am having problems with my speaker dock since the most recent 3.1.2 jailbreak that I did. It is giving me a message now that says that "this accessory is not supported by the iphone". I am certain that this is incorrect, as I was using my iphone on it before and it was working fine. (It was running jailbroken 3.0 firmware.) I also tried an unjailbroken 3.1.2 iphone, and that seems to be working fine. Anyone having the same problem? Or has a solution?

Jailbroken iPhone problem with Speaker Dock

I am having problems with jailbroken iPhone and Philips speaker dock. Speaker dock causes iPhone to pause, acts like connection has been remade, and increases volume level automatically. Works fine through Audio cable. Works fine with unlocked iPhones. Anyone else?
