Speaker Phone Changes

I own an Apple Watch and it looks like I no longer have the option to select the Apple Watch as a speaker option when I'm on a phone call. Is it like this for anyone else?

Been like that since 5.1. You have to direct audio via the watch now. I hate it how it is...much prefer the original way.
