Speaker Popping back with 10.6.3

Is any one else experiencing the speaker popping issues with 10.6.3?
Apple has fixed and unfixed this numerous times.

ANy one know how to rectify this?
 
No one?
I tried running antipop but I am still getting the popping when plugged into my 24 inch LED Apple Display
