I'm currently in a band so my guitar cab and head are at rehersal room. I don't really want to buy another amp for home use so I was thinking about just playing thru Garageband, I know it's not ideal but it's fine for home practice.
At the moment I have a set of JBL's Encounter desktop speakers, which are okay, not fantastic.
Can someone recommend me some others? As I said before it will be for guitar use and also to listen to music.
If I buy some 'proper' studio monitors will I also have to buy an audio amp? Can someone suggest one of those as well please?!
