Speaker screen cleaner?

Hello. Do they sell something that you can clean your ear speaker with if it get lint in it? I feel like I’ve seen this blob thing for computer keyboards that you push between the keys and it pulls out the dust and lint etc. do they make something like that for iPhones? Thanks.

I use blue tac and very fine model paint brush. Easy on blue tac if you decide to use it. Dont push it in too hard. Gentle hands 😁
