Speaker Titles in FCP X

Looking for a way to show a persons name within FCP X when they start talking. Want to do something similar to what you're seeing here. Also what is that called? I know FCP X has some basic ones, looking where I can find more robust ones since I don't know how to create them.

The usual term for a person's name displayed below them is "lower thirds". FCPX has fairly sophisticated titles built in, including lower thirds, 3D text and 3D titles. There are also various free or inexpensive add-on lower thirds and title plugins. If you Google FCPX and "lower thirds" or FCPX and "title plugins" you will see a bunch.
