Speakers not detected upon wake from sleep

I have recently started using my rMBP (late 2013, 13") with docking station. Because of that my speakers are constantly plugged in using audio jack. The issue is, every time after waking rMBP from sleep, it doesn't detect speakers - I have to unplug and plug in audio jack every time.

Does anybody have such issue? I'm using macOS Sierra 10.12.2. The speakers worked great with my Windows machine so I do not suspect them to be broken.
