I'm not sure what to even look for here, so figured I'd post and see if anyone else has any ideas or has run into this as well.
I have a 2017 Macbook, the speakers work great, except that when I answer a phone call or do a zoom meeting they are very soft and it's hard to hear the person on the other end. If I crank the volume up to max, I can usually hear them, but it's definitely soft. But then if I play a video, music or anything else afterwords, it's super loud.
Any ideas if there is a setting I'm missing or some other reason why this would be happening.
Thanks in advance,
