Special ATT iPhone 6s and 6s Plus

So I pre-ordered a T-Mobile fully paid iPhone 6s knowing it would be unlocked. However I am reading that this year the ATT iPhones are different because they have a special band they support. The LTE Band 30 which allows for better speeds. Now I am kicking myself that I didn't buy an ATT phone out right. Did anyone know about this?

There's a huge thread in this section about it. Bottom line is who knows when band 30 will be activated unless you're in a major city like NY or Chicago type large. It could be 2 years and well into the iPhone 7 before it's active in your area; or it could be 6 months. It depends where you live and they haven't announced any public rollout schedule..

Sorry didn't know about the thread. I do visit NYC for work a lot. Do you think I'm better of with the ATT version?
