Special character when pressing arrow key at end of line

Hi everyone,

I got some problem which annoyed me few weeks til now. That's when I press arrow key (like UP, DOWN,...) at end of line, it ends up with special character, just like this , sometimes it comes up and sometimes it doesn't. And it really piss me off!

I just don't know what the cause is and how to shut it down.

Please give me some advice

What application is this happening in?

Just not typical apps, but all of apps that have text box, just like firefox, safari, anywhere that have someplace to type...
