Anyone else surprised that Apple has sat out Thanksgiving, Christmas, and potentially New Years for the special activity challenges and badges? These seemed really neat, and something I looked forward to doing.

2019 is going to be a year where I get my butt moving again, and I am looking forward to tracking the data with Apple Watch.

I can understand cutting out Thanksgiving and Christmas since one is a US holiday and the other, not everyone in the world celebrates, but I am surprised about New Years and other international holidays/events.

Like Newtons Apple, I have been disappointed when I have completed them only to not be rewarded for the effort, but I overall like the idea of them and still try to do them. I mean I *know* I completed it, even if Apple didn't give me my e-medal for it.

I think they are trying to get their act together with regards to the activity app altogether. Something they did messed up Awards for a lot of us. We are two days behind like they are in processing or something. Heck some people lost their special awards. No telling what’s going on, but I’m not happy about it. Apple Support seems to have no answers either. So who knows...
