Hello all & happy new year..! :D

I love iTunes and my iPod, but I have run into a wall. I want to make a smart playlist, that does the following:

o Artists should be: Roxette and Infernal (two artists)
o Ratings should be Above 3 stars (4 and 5 stars), but ONLY withing those two artists!

I can't do that.. I tried:

Match: all
Artist -> is -> Roxette
Artist -> is -> Infernal
Rating -> is greater than -> (3 stars)

Not possible, because the two artists are conflicting, because of the Match 'all'. If I then change the Match to 'any', it includes ALL artists that has 4 stars or above..

:(

You'd think this could be done, but I can't see how.. Any ideas??

Some simple AND/OR would be nice indeed.
Right now you can use 2 playlists to get what you want.

1. (any)
where you pick the artists

2. (all)
playlist = playlist created above
rating = 3+

Could you not first make a playlist that contains everything by the two artists and then make a smart playlist based on the song ratings?

Oh, damn.. Yes, of course! Works nicely. A little weird you have to have 2 playlists to get it done. But it works, that's the main thing.

Thanks a lot!

Why not put those 2 playlists in a folder. Then, if you highlight the folder you'll see all songs contained in either of the two playlists.
