Special memory for G5 Late05?

Hello,

i just bought a PowerMac G5 Late05 with an 2GHz DualCore processor.
The memory specifications are DDR2-533 PC4200.

Is it possible to use 667MHZ memory instead of 533 or are the old PowerMacs as fussy in memoryusage than current MacBooks which just run with memory that has the same clock speed.

I suggested to use conventional DDR2-667 PC5300 memory.
Is that possible?
