specific app for cleaning iPhone

I'm searching for an specific app for cleaning iPhone caches etc. that was released a couple of weeks ago and was in beta before. They sent me an email with a special discount for the 1.0 release version. But I can't find it anymore.

The app has a simple interface with four button for cleaning the iPhone. Unused files/ caches from apps, music and photos (with a backup function when I recall it correctly) and a fourth thing.

There are so many cleaning apps out there with similar names…

Not really sure if any of these apps are all that great. Sure, some will clean some things, but who knows if they do it right and don't do (or won't do) something else weird somewhere at some point.
