Specific keyboard keys stop randomly working

I have early 2014 air with 10.11.2 and few days ago part of keyboard randomly stops working and after like 3 minutes it comes back to life and works like new. This happens only to Spacebar, N, H, Z, 6 and F6 keys which makes line and everything else works normally. Never spilled anything and 99% of use is in bed watching movies. Any idea what this could be? Seems more like software problem, I've tried nothing and I'm out of options.
