I can't seem to find a definitive answer on this scenario. Could use some input.

Use Case:
I would like to share specific services in my iCloud One subscription to a particular family member. More specifically, I have all services (including storage) shared in my family plan with my wife. I'd like to share all services BUT storage with my sister. I.e TV, Arcade, Music.

Is is possible to select which family member gets access to which services OR is it "you share it everyone gets it"?

Looking through the documentation and settings — I have Apple One and Family Sharing — it does appear:

“Correct. It’s all or nothing"

“… you cannot limit how much of the Cloud storage is shared with your family members. You have to trust them to be considerate and not to use up all available cloud storage."
