Specify mount points with /etc/fstab file?

Greetings:

I have a 20" iMac G5, 2.5gb Ram, 250gb HD split into two partitions
1-OSX 85gb
2-STORAGE 165gb

Is there a way and how to for moving the user folder to the storage partition?
So instead of having all my music/movies/docs on the system partition I can then store them in the 2nd partition and when I open finder and use the user's home folder I would actually be using data on the storage partition?
