Specifying how iTunes names ripped songs

By default, the songs I rip are placed:

Artist [Folder] > Album [Folder] > ## Track Title.mp3

Is there a way to customize this, like you can do in other rip programs? I.e. specifying the folder structure as well as the components of the physical filename?
