Speck Candyshell Case - Do You Think It'll Ever Come?

Title says it all - I loved it on my iPhone before I exchanged it for a Droid - classy with a nice feel to it. Do any of you ink (or care for that matter) if they'll release one for the iPad 3?

I was looking forward to a Candyshell as well, but when I asked Speck via chat, the answer was currently no plans for the new iPad.

I'm sure they'll release one for the new iPad. The Candyshell is one of their most popular cases they make so it'd be stupid of them not to make one for the new iPad. I wouldn't trust the reps at Speck since they're probably not up to date with what's going on in production. With the issues that Speck had with the Candyshell for the iPhone, I'm guessing they're taking their time to make it right for the new iPad minus the peeling issues, camera cutouts problems that the iPhone cases had.
