Description from speckproducts.com:

"We are pleased to announce CandyShell Grip, the first Speck case made specifically for gaming. Based on our ever-popular CandyShell, it's got soft rubbery protection on the inside and a glossy hard shell. It's also got specialized grippy finger pads on the back for a winning grip even in the heat of a bonus round. Plus, the four bumps on the edge bezel lock in thumb placement on the iPod's touchscreen so you won't lose track of your games' virtual buttons. It's a case that, as the kids say, is for the win."

I kinda like the white one -- very stormtrooper-esque.

(Did not see any other threads on this case based upon search; if one exists, would appreciate pointer.)

It's not for the iPhone only iTouch 4g.

Oops, my bad. So hard to tell the difference based upon appearance, should have looked at the description more carefully!

Would be great if they came out with an iPhone 4 version ...

Wonder if it flakes like the regular candyshell. If not, hopefully they make it for the iphone 4.

that's gonna be one major flaking case especially with all that gaming and rubber

yeah i cant believe Speck hasnt figured it out yet.

I can't believe it either. That is really the only flaw with the case. Outside of it, the case offers create protection with little bulk and looks good, too. I really don't understand how they couldn't have found a way or another type of rubber to eliminate this.
