speck case - is this right?

hey guys, so I have seen the recent threads on hard cases for the mbp and it has me thinking I want one. Since I have an amazon gift card I checked it out there... the pictures and description have me a little bit confused if this is exactly the right one though... I have a 13"uMBP (late 2009).... this is the correct one right?

also will my macbook still fit inside my incase neoprene sleeve if I put this on it?
