Speck on screen glass?

Hey guys,
I was just wiping off my screen and realized that there is a speck of dust? or some on under the screen. The weird thing is the speck is dual layered, one under the glass and one that appears to be on the glass despite it not being able to wipe off.
I was just wondering if anyone has anything similar. I don't think it's a scratch because of the dual layer so I was thinking it might be something defective on the glass? Should I take it into the store and see what they think? I never done that before and hate to complain but the speck is annoying me a bit.
I would take a picture but its really hard to pick up.

Are they pretty accommodating or do they give you a hard time?

I had a speck on my 64gb lte as well, I think it was dust caught underneath the screen. I booked a genius appointment and they agreed to swap it without hesitation. They were sold out of the model so they ordered a new one for me and that came in 2 days.

I'd exchange it for sure, now that you've noticed it, you're going to be staring at it every time you use it.

They have absolutely no right to give you a hard time. You paid $500+ for an iPad that should be perfect. They'll exchange it no problem.

went into the store and got it replaced easily.
unwrapped the new ipad to find a dent on the edge of the top of it.

gonna go back and try another one.
