Just a quick review of this case: https://www.speckproducts.com/apple...-12-pro-max-cases/IPXP20-PR2-PRO.html#start=6

I have it on my 12 Pro Max. I also have a PopSocket on it...despite the "soft" (silicone-like) coating on the back, PopSocket sticks to it like super glue! It is hard shell case with "airbags" inside on the sides for 13 ft drop protection. It has a lifetime antimicrobial coating on the outside of case.

Tight fitting. Grippy with dry or wet hands. The areas of case over the volume and power button are usually weak parts of the case...but not here...solid...no give in those areas that can allow dust to enter the case and scratch the sides of phone.

It is slightly wider than Apple Clear case. Thickness is about the same. Quite impressive size for such a protective case. The only negative is that the camera cutout is not as precise as Apple cases...too big opening, but at least no chance of flash reflection! :D The silent switch cutout is also off-centered...but at least it is big for fat finger! No branding except on the upper top corner.

After about 1 week of using it, I took the phone out of case. Dust are ONLY in the areas exposed...no dust got into the case interior!!

Looks like the camera bump surround sits proud of the back of the case making for a bit of wobble on its back?

Any fingerprints? That soft touch finish seems to be smudge and finger print magnet for me...not as bad as Apple’s silicone cases! Easy to clean and wipe off.
Surprisingly, not bad. I just tested it...finger to my oily face and then put it on case...yeah, i can see the fingerprint but wipe off with a single swipe. It is smoother than typical silicone type coating. So very easy to clean.

Awesome- thank you

Presidio2 Pro for Mini arrived. It's a soft touch surface that might be different from their prior cases. It's not tacky, a bit slippery but an easy to wipe clean surface if that is a concern. Buttons are nicely clicky, mute switch hole is a little offset from the switch on the phone but still easy enough to flip.

The back of the case has a bit of a bulge in the center on my Mini that interferes with it laying perfectly flat on a flat surface -- and it's not the camera bump causing this. Good lip protection, overall feels thick enough to protect the phone while not being too thick. The case does not interfere with the installed ESR screen protector.

So far no reply to email from Speck support, and after 30 minutes on hold on the phone I gave up.

It would be nice if they had a link on my order page that generated an RA number and return shipping label.

Finally got through to Speck on the phone after a long wait, they said they didn't have any reports of the cutout for the mute button being misaligned or any reports about the bulge in the case back that makes it rock when laid on a flat surface.

She offered to send another in exchange, but said they have not made any changes. So I'm returning for refund and sticking with the Rugged Shield.
