Speck Satin SeeThru with Invisible Shield? Will it work?

Above question really, already have the Satin, heard stories that it scratches due to debris getting in, so going to invest in the Invisible Shield.

Anyone know if it will fit, cause any problems etc? tried searching but mixed responses.
