Has anyone seen one of these in a brick-and-mortar store yet? I've been able to find zero reviews for it online and I want to see if I can actually purchase it somewhere today. Any help would be appreciated thank you.

I have seen them here in Canada at a few carrier stores. I tried one for my iPhone 4 and returned it the same day. It added alot of bulk and holding it sorta hurt cuz it had alot of sharp edges.
I'm using the Speck Candyshell right now for my 5 and its really nice. Feels very sturdy and like the phone is really protected.
