That is almost exactly what I wanted for a case for iPad 1. A tpu case with a cover. I think that is what I am going to get. I wish they had it in more colors.
 
I definitely want this case when Speck decides to release it. This along with my Pixelskin HD for my i4 would be a dope combo :cool:
 
I don't know. I don't think i'd get something like this. The whole reason I liked the smart cover was that it works as a stand in typing/movie watching positions **and it comes off easily** which means you can use it with ipad docks. You can't use a case like this with any docks without taking it out of the case first which as I already know for me just ends up meaning I don't use docks at all. I guess if you only ever plug it in with a cable it's not a big deal.
 
Anyone know what "microsuction" is ?
I have used a similar-sounding material to mount graphics onto windows without using adhesives. It works very well. The microporous suckers are too small to be visible (hence "micro"!) so won't mark the glass etc.
