Specs for iPhone 5?

Does anyone know what specs to expect in iPhone 5? I am on the fence to get 4 or wait, but I was wondering if the wait is worthwhile.

If Apple's release date stays the same as it has in the past, you only have a 3 1/2 month wait. Wait until the new iPhone is released, and if you don't like it, you will be able to buy a 4, for less than what you would pay now.
