Typically Samsung or Toshiba drives (it isn't predictable which one you'll get in your iMac). Some of the other MacBook Pro/Air models used the Samsung 830/840 series solid state drives.

mine is samsung 840 500gb, fast enough so 840pro ist not needed ...
