Probably. I dumped them a few years back. They would allow online ordering of phones for new customers but not existing. Maybe that’s changed now.

Yeah… it changed ..i just switched to them from tmobile a few months ago…they are not as bad as i thought…

im also on spectrum mobile. I’ve never had a problem, its pretty much Verizon for half the cost, but I did not preorder through them ha.

I use Spectrum and wonder about the following scenario.
I wanted to order from a nearby BB (no Apple Store around), but they do not allow Spectrum even though they had the iPhone 16 Pro I wanted.
I ordered an iPhone 16 Pro through Apple. I am trading my wife's iPhone 13 Pro for the 16P. I will then give her my iP14P after I configure the 16P for my use.
Will I be able to do this at home? When I called Spectrum, they discouraged me from going to the store. I used to do this with AT&T but there was a glitch when Apple went with e-SIMMS.
