is there a a feature on macs that you can type in words and the computer voice willl say them?
i seem to remember something like this but cant remember what

Highlight the text you want your computer speak, then in the menu bar open the menu that has the name of the current application, (left of "File")
Open that and then the "Services" sub-menu, find the "Speech" sub-sub-menu and click "Start Speaking Text".

You can also go into System Preference>Speech to customize the voice, shortcuts and other aspects.

thanks
im making a mix and i have an amr file off a mobile phone, does anyone know how to convert it to mp3 or wav etc so i can edit this file
