All Devices Speech to text underlined blue no longer able to be replaced

I'm not sure if this has been addressed or not, but since 13.4 I believe whenever I speak to text in Messages app the word(s) that get underlined blue I can longer touch them to change them to other suggestions. Rarely, it will bring up another suggestion, most of the time it just moves the cursor there or I get the copy/paste/replace menu. Anyone else noticing this?

Yes, I am having this exact same problem on both my iPhone X and my iPad 5th generation with iOS 13.4. I will be submitting a bug report with Apple.
