Speed comparison various MacOS versions?

I'm looking for a site where various MacOS versions are compared by speed.
So, the behavior of a single machine equipped with, say, High Sierra, Mojave and Monterey.

I want to use this info to know if I will loose speed on my Macbook Pro 15" 2015 (2,8 GHz i7, DG, 16GB/1TB) by going from Mojave (my current OS) to Monterey.

There are no significant differences. Your user experience in terms of speed has much more to do with the hardware than the software. If you compared Monterey on the oldest compatible Mac to the newest M1 Macs you "might" find some small difference somewhere, but I even doubt that.
