Speed Dial iPhone HTML5 app (with homepage image)

I wrote a web app in a weekend to play around with html5 and the iphone. It allows a speed dial icon on your homepage with a picture if you choose. Right now it require the picture to be hosted somewhere (I don't think it's possible to upload off the iphone with just html yet).
