Speed Difference between 15' 512SSD 16GB 2.3GHz vs Max model?

Just wondering if there's noticable difference between my 15' 512SSD 16RAM and 2.3Ghz vs

1TB SSD
16GB
2.7Ghz

Unless you're doing I/O intensive tasks, the difference is only noticeable in benchmarks.

My late-2013 model 15" (2.6/16/1TB/750M) gets around 1000MB/s in both reads and writes, because the 1TB PCIe SSD has a 4-lane channel.

512GB and smaller ones have a 2-lane channel, and perform at around 700-750MB/s in reads and writes.

But there's no noticeable difference.
